main difference is cermonial bracer / eternal plant.

Yea it seems alright, although crush is on the low side. It's super super important for a shaman to stay alive, so surviveability is a very high priority.

And also, I'd personally never run without maxed spell range, when the mainjob of the shaman is to interupt from range without being interupted himself.

Whats the spec for a shaman to rvr ? I am 42 aug 33 cave atm.

42-44 aug / 31-33 mend is my preferreed spec for shammys, nice to have those backup heals.

Generally most go 42aug/33 cave, or 46aug/27cave for pbae disease. All you get from cave really is the pbae disease, the ae dot is ok for killing pets too.

I personally don't feel pbae disease is as good as it used to be, since you can't really kite with it nowadays as every tank has snare styles.

So many shaman charge straight in to spam pbae disease, get agro, then cant cure our disease/NS cos they're interupted, then they die. Shaman does a much better job as Ehla said when they can stay alive and interupt from range.
