ML10 cloak

What /use ability on ML10 cloak do stealthers get?

And, can anyone post the stats of the Legendary weapons? Am I right in thinking they come with some stats, but you can also SC them?

Use ability on stealther cloak is buff shear(It removes one completely random buff from the enemy)

As Chosen says. ML 10 Cloak got Remove Random Buff from enemy and a 25% Essence Resist buff.

Legendary Weapons got the following: 3 Empty SC Slots. 3% Melee Dmg. 10 AF. DD/Resist Decrease and Melee Health Buffer Proc.

working on a new template

Im running Heat LGMs on my new template (got a set of Spirit LGMs aswell) and its well worth it,.. Other Leather users is getting raped by Heat coz Leather is Vulnerble to Heat.. so you will NEVER have any problem with a Vamp or Ns again..

I run with the ML10 cloak and let me just say it as it is.. you wont be useing it (the /use).. it would be better to fit in SoM but because of the stats i run ML10 cloak in my temp.. the looks and stats are great but you will have better /use than the remove buff and if you run Celerity Charges then you wont be able to use the cloak due to reuse timer after blowing a celerity charge.

Whats the damage like on legendaries after the proc? compared to slash/crush damage

You might have to ask morten for the Dmg output question, im not sure if he got any data on it,.. i have no data at all since i had those weeks with all day work and no gaming before i redid temp so i cant remember the old dmg output but it feels like i do alot more dmg... Both procs on LGMs goes off fairly often in each fight.

most the time carl im hitting above 275dmg after proc.. heavy tanks u just blugeon ur weapons to win
